Okay, I'll add the settings, but which ones specifically do you need
added?  Just VTK_SOURCE_DIR and TCL_LIBRARY?  I can add whatever list you
send me, but just removing it from UseVTK.cmake.in's exclude list isn't
enough.  I need to make the changes also for the part that works for the
development version of CMake.  That exclude list is only a hack for CMake
1.4 compatability.
