[vtk-developers] key event

Hi all,

	This mail follows a discussion I had with a user:

	I send him a patch, but I am not sure if this is the right way to do 
it. Does anyone knows what should the right be ?

If we apply this patch, then a lot of key event will be missing in 
vtkWin32RWI. For instance:

Shift + Tab -> ISO_Left_Tab
Shift + Alt -> Meta_L
...

and these symbols are not defined in vtkWin32RWI.cxx

Should I just fill in a bug report in http://vtk.org/Bug ?
