[vtk-developers] Old vtk CVS repository

I think the vtktest repository had the VTK4 directory structure
but the VTK3 build process (pre CMake).  Or maybe it was the other
way around. Anyway, it was created as a stopgap until we got our 
internal projects that used VTK converted to using CMake.

Jill thinks we no longer need this repository
