[vtk-developers] CMake 1.4.5

Hello Folks,

I have pushed out the Windows binaries for CMake 1.4.5 and have added
a CVS Release-1-4-5 tag and moved the LatestRelease tag. The UNIX
binaries will hopefully be put out in another day or two (Brad?
Bill?). There are only a couple fixes in this patch. Basically a fix
for DotNet with custom commands, Borland compiler with long dependency
lists, and include paths with Windows resource files.
