[vtk-developers] certain libraries included twice

David and I were able to get it down to one -lm.   With a few IF statments 
in the cmakelists
files I think we can fix it to work with cmake 1.4 and cmake 1.2.   Strange 
this is only a problem now.
As before this change in cmake, there were always two of every library.
