The SGI compiler does pick this up as a warning. But, the benefit does not seem to be worth the
possible future problems.

Although this is a good change, I am not sure we can make it.
It does change the API. If a user class implements GetClassName without the
macro, it will may no longer work as expected. Also there will be
no warnings or errors to let you know it is wrong.
