[vtk-developers] Poluted namespace

Hello!

Looking through Class Hierarchy:
http://public.kitware.com/VTK/doc/nightly/html/hierarchy.html
you can see that there are several classes/structures which do not
follow VTK naming convention. Even further, they are commonly used
words, such as: Camera, Colour, Face (vtk3DS.h), VectorType (vtkVRML.h).
Can (Should) this be fixed?
