[vtk-developers] replace strstream with stringstream

Hi all,
Is there a reason why we don't replace deprecated strstreams with 
stringstreams in vtk?  (I'm guessing lack of compiler support on certain 
platforms, but I would think there has been plenty of time for them to 
catch up...).
