thanks, I agree...got rid of vtkTextMapper ivar.  Has anyone tried
/Examples/GUI/Tcl/ImagePlaneWidget.tcl recently? I can't get 3
vtkImgePlaneWidgets to run at one time in tcl...only 1 or 2, even
though the cxx test: /Hybrid/Texting/Cxx/ImagePlaneWidget.cxx works.
