OK, this is fixed (I guess).
No more dancing fonts, party is over.

Since I was knee-deep in it, I fixed vtkTextMapper so that LineSpacing now 
works too (it has never been supported). LineOffset now works too for 
multiline text (was not supported either).
Of course I introduced my 1.3 new bugs. Somewhere.

Is it fine on your side ?
