Hello developers!

I've just added my new filter to the repository. Let me know if it causes 
any problems, there may be issues to do with pipeline updates that I 
haven't understood.

The script Examples/Modelling/Tcl/procrustesAlignment.tcl demonstrates its use.

I'll add a test for it soon, and then announce it on vtkusers.
