[vtk-developers] New class vtkMaskFields

I added a new class called vtkMaskFields.  This filter essentially 
allows blocking of fields and attributes in the input dataset from being 
passed to the output.  My primary need was to limit the amount of data 
being transferred from server to client, but I think there could be 
other uses...  I still have to write a test but let me know if there are 
any problems.
