[vtk-developers] New vtkTIFFReader

Hello all!

So, it seems that the new TIFF readeer is up and running.
The only platform I see it failed was one Sun, but I am
working on that. Other than that, the new tiff reader
should be able to read just about any tiff format with
exception of the old style jpeg compressed tiff. This
is not the same as the new style jpeg compressed tiff.
If you try to open the old style, you will get the
error message that it cannot open it.

In any case, please test it and let me know what is
missing.
