Unless I got an "official" answer on how the "UNTESTED" files contribute to 
the coverage :), I'd suspect them since the coverage is back to 74.5%, and 
the only thing I did is put a .NoDartCoverage in the big Utilities/tiff/ 
directory that was committed the night before it loses 2.5 %.
