It supports -H, -B options and some others, have a look at cmake.cxx
I tought they were documented...

Definitely 3.x
3.2 was the last release.
3.3 is actually the nightly release but there has not been any 3.3 release 
and probably won't be.
4.0 has not been released yet.

Same as 3.x.

It has not been updated, this has to be done by someone. :)

I've just updated the doxygen doc scripts to match 4.0 and add some features.

Archives, CHM, html pages, everything will be here and generated with the 
nightly process.
