hi,

I have waited for about 10 days for a response to the
vtkXOpenGLTextMapper bug and proposed fix I mailed here:

Unfortunaltely I have received neither feedback nor an answer.  I hope
that the above mail was not offensive or anything.  I guess that there
must be nothing objectionable to my approach so will go ahead and
commit it soon.
