[vtk-developers] building new tree - volpro problems

I have just checked in a fix for this.   cvs update Rendering/vtkVolumeProMapper.h
to get the fix.   It was broken for dll builds on windows only.   It was not
properly exporting the class from the vtkRendering.dll library.
