[vtk-developers] new class vtkIterativeClosestPointTransform ?

Hi Sebastien,

I'm partial to putting these classes in contrib, that's where the
vtkLandmarkTransform, vtkThinPlateSplineTransform, and other
special-purpose transforms are.  Any other opinions?
