[vtk-developers] Removal of obsolete classes

Hi Will,

I tested my main codebase with VTK_REMOVE_LEGACY set a few weeks
ago and made all the necessary changes to my own code.

You might want to send some instructions to the user's
mailing list that details (for unix and Windows) how to set
the VTK_REMOVE_LEGACY variable and recompile VTK, so that people
aren't met with a big nasty surprise when their code doesn't
compile and their scripts don't run.
