[vtk-developers] vtkParse.y seems to work okay.

hi,

It appears from the nightly dashboard that my vtkParse.y additions
compile and test okay.  These additions allow one to determine the max
and min values of clamped variables.  

The PC build still wont see the additions since the pcmaker/*.exe's
havent been committed yet.   Could someone with access to a PC please
compile and commit these.
