[vtk-developers] Problem with vtkCleanPolyData

I noticed that vtkCleanPolyData is set to NOT convert degenerate forms of
cells (such as triangle strips with one triangle), it completely deletes
these cells rather than leave them alone.  I've attached a patch
vtkCleanPolyData.cxx which should fix the problem.
