[vtk-developers] cvsroot for new vtk tree

After various inputs here is what I've come up with for the new CVS
roots. For the new vtk tree its CVS root is

anonymous at www.visualizationtoolkit.org:/cvsroot/VTK co VTK

the data and valid images will be in

anonymous at www.visualizationtoolkit.org:/cvsroot/VTKData co VTKData

CMake and Dart can be found at

/cvsroot/Dart and /cvsroot/CMake inaddition to their current
locations. vtknew stills works but eventually I'll delete the link.
For now the old tree will stay as it is /vtk/cvsroot/vtk for about a
year when we will move it to vtk_pre4.0 to avoid confusion.
