[vtk-developers] 2D Clipping Planes

I'm adding clipping planes to the PolyDataMapper2D and to the ImageMapper. 
If anyone has any objections please say so and if I don't hear anything, 
I'll check em in soon.

(It's for rendering contour maps overlaid on 2D terrain maps and scaling 
and stretching them to fit on map grids etc - but clipping to the edges).
