vtkImageComposite takes two images with zbuffers and combines them into 
one.  It is notable because it may be the first "imaging" filter that uses 
more than just point scalar.  It was intended to be used as a part of the 
parallel compositing classes, but was not needed in the end.

If there is a reason to keep it around, we can convert the old vtk 
regression test into the new tree and keep the filter.
