My images are all coming up blank. Can you see anything on your system?

It was OK before I upadted after your changes.

Hello everyone,

I just checked in a bunch of changes to the rendering process in VTK. Two 
passes from the 5 pass rendering process are now gone. Also, vtkViewRays 
and vtkRayCaster have been obsoleted. The continuous here built OK - the 
old one won't build until Bill changes Makefile.in - vtkViewRays.cxx and 
vtkRayCaster.cxx are gone now with only .h files for each of these classes.

Let me know if you encounter any problems.
