[vtk-developers] examplesTcl test conversions

Folks,
Last Friday afternoon I converted over 500 examplesTcl scripts from the old way to the new way.

I DO NOT plan to check them all in as tests. I will use them as a base to add more tests.

As part of this effort, I created a VTK_LARGE_DATA env to point to the location of the datasets that
are no longer used by the testing, but may be of use to users. 

Interestingly, I can run all 537 examplesTcl scripts in less than 20 minutes.
