[vtk-developers] Build errors

Seems like the trees have been split. If this is so, I will attempt to link the old tree to the new
tree when I get back to work next week. I'll maintain this until the new tree has at least as much
test coverage as the old tree.

Hello Tim,

We see the same issue on the dashboard. I think it is due to a
mismatch between the verison of Tcl installed on your machine and the
version of the internal header files we include with VTK. For example
8.3.2 installed versus 8.2.3 in VTK/Rendering/tkInternals. David Gobbi
suggested multiple subdirectories for the different versions of Tcl
and I think I'll put that in.  I fired off another nightly to verify
if this is the problem.
