I checked in some changes to the imagemappers last week, but can't find a 
solution on X. This means that stretching isn't implemented on X. Also I 
haven't finished unifying the lookup table additions for simple images. 
Suspect a kicking is in order. I'll happily remove the lookuptable stuff 
cos it'll only take 5 mins, but the stretching is nice and I would like to 
find a solution for X.

XPutImage ? anyone know how to stretch?
