[vtk-developers] Release imminent, please hold-off check-ins; update FAQ

Hi Folks-

The vtk3.2 release is imminent. Please hold off checking anything in. Dan 
Blezek and I are
checking into Prabhu's changes, but other than that everything looks good 
and stable.

Also, if you have not yet added changes to the vtk FAQ (password hedgehog), 
please add
the changes as soon as possible.
