mis-commit -> no dashboard tomorrow

Hi Tim,

Bill might be hinting at my annoying little habit of committing 
just an hour or two before the nightly builds start (sorry!).
The build starts 8pm EDT/EST, that would be 1am GMT, give 
or take an hour for daylight savings.

I'm guessing that Bill is aiming for most commits to happen
somewhere between 6am and 3pm -- the continuous solaris build 
can take several hours if a core header file is modified, so
3pm is probably not stretching it.
