[Viratdata] Unable to unzip VIRAT Ground Dataset 2.0

Hi Ashley--

I suspect the issue was related to attempting to download the annotations
via the web interface's "download selected resource" option, which tries to
create a zipfile on the server but may fail due to temporary resource
availability issues. We've now made the data available via pre-zipped
zipfiles to avoid this issue; please see the email I just sent out and give
that a try-- let us know if you're still having problems.
