[Viratdata] Can't register to download the virat dataset

If you look on viratdata.org, there's a link to Release 2.0 here:

https://data.kitware.com/#collection/56f56db28d777f753209ba9f/folder/56f57e748d777f753209bed6

That should take you to the license agreement; by clicking "I accept" you
should end up at a download site.
