[Viame] VIAME Mac and Caffe Updates

Most likely, though I haven't tested it. It supports whatever the current
caffe master as of yesterday supports; the old caffe branch in VIAME was ~8
months old, so if they added support for cuDNN v5 in that timespan then the
latest one would support it.
