[Ves] issue with ndk version 9 or higher

Folks,

We fixed the issue of rendering getting deformed on the newer versions of
Android NDK. Just today we merged the branch to VES master. Let us know if
you run into this issue after checking out this branch and building both
VES and Kiwi app.
