[Ves] VES tutorial

[Casey Goodlett]

Basic steps

1) Build PCL using the referenced superbuild
2) Configure USE_PCL=ON when building VES
3) Configure VES to ensure PCL_SUPERBUILD_DIR points to the build directory
for your pcl superbuild
