[Ves] VES tutorial

Hi Vuthy,

The PCL integration is a bit out of date at the point, as it has not been
looked at since the xcode 5/ ios 7 transition.  The latest superbuild for
PCL that was used to build the PCL framework is at
https://github.com/gcasey/pcl-superbuild/ .  You will likely need to update
the toolchain files from VES master.

Let us know if you are able to get it to build.
