[Ves] OSX 10.9 VES IOS superbuild (error)

Hi Gary,

I haven't updated to 10.9 (may be its time). I will try to update my system
to 10.9 and then can try to reproduce. Lets's see if someone else has any
thoughts on it if not, I will get back to you soon on this.
