[Ves] [Fwd: Re: Building VES for iOS]

I can confirm that the README.txt in Apps/iOS is the correct one, not the
one at root level.

I think it would be very useful for everybody if the outdated info on the
Wiki is replaced with a line like:

"To build for iOS, read Apps/iOS/README.txt."
