[Ves] Building VES for iOS

I see that I'm the second person to ask about this this month, but the 
last one didn't get an answer.

I'm trying to build VES and Kiwi for iOS. The instructions on the wiki 
are incorrect 
(http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VES/Download_And_Build_Instructions), because 
the Apps/iOS/CMakeBuild directory does not exist.

Here are steps I've taken:

1. Download and unzip VES.
2. Download and install Cmake.
3. Try to follow the steps in the README under Apps/iOS, but I get 
errors that it can't find Eigen.
4. Download and unzip VTK.
5. Download and unzip Eigen.
6. Try step 3 again, same error.

What do I do next?
