[Ves] Virtual destructors in abstract VES classes

Hi all,

I turned on a bunch of new warnings in XCode recently and started
getting warnings about the lack of virtual destructors in several VES
abstract base classes.  In particular I get the warning in
vesBaseIndices, vesSourceData, vesTransformInterface.

This seems like a legitimate bug, and we should add virtual
destructors to these abstract base classes.

Am I missing a subtly?
