[Ves] Problem building new iOS app with KiwiViewer Framework

If you created a new Xcode project from scratch, is it possible that the
new xcode project isn't reading the kiwi.xcconfig file? When you go to the
target properties and look at the header search path settings, do you see
the fully resolved path to the kiwi.framework/Headers directory?
