[Ves] Emulator follow up to webinar

Hi folks,

After the webinar I googled for the emulator issue.  The top hit on google
is this stackoverflow answer, which says you just need to restart the adb
server:

So I restart the adb server and then the emulator shows up when you run
"adb devices":

$ adb kill-server
$ adb start-server
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *

$ adb devices
List of devices attached
emulator-5554    device


Then to install the app:

$ adb install bin/KiwiViewer-debug.apk
2405 KB/s (9992061 bytes in 4.056s)
    pkg: /data/local/tmp/KiwiViewer-debug.apk
Success


That's it!  Sorry it didn't work out in the webinar.
