[Ves] kiwiviewer for Apple

Hi Patrik,

The .kiwi file is supported in the Android version of KiwiViewer.  The iOS
version is a bit older and doesn't actually have this feature.  A new
version of KiwiViewer for iOS is to be released soon, in the next week
hopefully, and it will support .kiwi files and many other new features.
