It means start a VS command prompt.

Then run cmake-gui from the command prompt.  Depends on where you 
installed cmake.  On my system it is here:

"\Program Files (x86)\CMake 2.8\bin\cmake-gui.exe"

tab completion will work from the command line.

In the CMake GUI you will see an option called VES_ANDROID_SUPERBUILD, 
turn it ON.  Then configure.

> Run nmake.

Run nmake in the VS command prompt in the directory that you configured 
the build in.
cd \path\to\build
nmake
