[Ves] vtkImageImagingStatisticsModule

Greetings!

    I have been working with VES for a while now and I am just updated 
my source to the newest version of VES. I am running into a problem 
using vtkImageAccumulate. It depends on the Imaging Statistics module 
which is not being built through the superbuild. Does anyone know if 
there's a reason this module is being excluded? Is it supported yet?
