[Ves] Actors

Hi William,
vesActor and vesMapper closely resembles with vtkActor and vtkMapper.
Also just like VTK, you add actors to the vesRenderder.
Have a look at the documentation here
(http://public.kitware.com/ves-docs/annotated.html), it is not
complete but will provide you some details on existing VES classes.
