[Tubetk-developers] Question about making the application :ComputeTubeGraphSimilarityKernelMatrix

Hi
    I have encountered a problem during making the application:ComputeTubeGraphSimilarityKernelMatrix.
    These are the errors:

/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_system.a(error_code.o): relocation R_X86_64_32 against `.rodata.str1.1' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_system.a: error adding symbols: Bad value
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [lib/libComputeTubeGraphSimilarityKernelMatrixLib.so] Error 1
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/ComputeTubeGraphSimilarityKernelMatrixLib.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2

    I don`t know how to solve it. Could someone help me ?
