[Tubetk-developers] Broken link on TubeTK wiki

Hi all,

Since you've taken down the TubeTK github page, it's tough to find the
actual repository, and you have broken links to the old github.com/TubeTK
page here [1] and here [2].  It looks like links to the actual repository
are redirected, but the link to the main TubeTK github is not.  Could the
real repo be more prominent on the front page of the wiki as well, instead
of down at the very bottom (just a suggestion) ?

My first guess was github.com/TubeTK, and then github.com/Kitware (which
makes no mention anywhere of TubeTK or github.com/KitwareMedical).
