We do have code available.  A version of the code is available at
http://www.tubetk.org

The code may not perform perfectly at this time.  We are in the process of
updating it.  The core libraries should be very close to what you need.

Please join the TubeTK mailing list, and send any problems or questions you
have to that list.  I am very happy to help via that list.
