[Tubetk-developers] You MUST re-run Utilities/SetupForDevelopment.sh

For those contributing to the TubeTK repository, its new directory
structure required the git aliases used in our development workflow to
be updated.

Please re-run
   Utilities/SetupForDevelopment.sh
prior to doing any of the stage-push, stage-merge, or gerrit-merge commands.
